St Basil's Homes SA invites applications for an Engagement and Wellbeing Team Member in Adelaide, SA. The role supports residents to live well with dementia, focusing on meaningful moments of connection, belonging and purpose across Croydon Park and St Peter's sites.

As part of the Wellbeing team, you will nurture relationships with residents and families, deliver inclusive activities, document participation and contribute to person-led care in a supportive not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people living with dementia in an aged care setting.
• Strong communication, inclusion and meaningful engagement.
• Ability to work within a team and maintain a positive, person-led approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan, setup and run activities for residents.
• Build genuine relationships with residents and families.
• Support a diverse, inclusive program for all abilities.
• Foster belonging and continuity with residents, families and staff.
• Document resident participation and engagement.
