• Knowledge of EYLF and current regulations.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Standards.
• Able to lead and motivate a team of educators.
• Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for children.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and families.
• Manage daily care routines and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain health and safety standards and risk minimisation.
• 1–2 years’ experience as an Early Childhood Teacher.
• Working towards ACECQA qualifications is acceptable.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Senior First Aid certificate.
• CPR in the last 12 months.
• Current Child Protection Training.
• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
• Energetic, passionate and committed.
• Flexible to work a variety of shift times.
