Job summary

Eight Recruitment is seeking a Property Manager in The Junction, Newcastle region, to take ownership of an established portfolio of about 80 properties. The role offers flexible hours and a path to grow the rent roll through referrals and agency leads.

You’ll manage landlords and tenants with a focus on service, compliance and relationship-building, while avoiding aggressive targets. The hours can adapt to school-friendly patterns and will expand with portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Residential Property Management experience required.
• Experience with rent receipting essential.
• Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for an established residential portfolio (~80 properties).
• Grow the rent roll through referrals, rental appraisals and leads.
• Maintain service, compliance and landlord relationships as priorities.
