• Degree qualified in Business management, IT, Computer Systems, software or computer engineering fields or equivalent.
• Tertiary qualifications in IT or business related discipline or relevant IT/Business experience
• Well-developed understanding of general business processes and systems
• Ability to produce clear and concise written material
• Strong understanding of financial modelling and/or budget management
• Demonstrated production of complex documents

Skills/ Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst developing requirements that impact multiple systems and functional areas
• Experience in facilitating meetings and workshops to achieve an outcome based on the agenda provided
• Practical knowledge of a variety of Business Analysis tools and techniques
• Thorough understanding of the complete project management lifecycle and solution design
• Strong commercial acumen, including development of business relationships resulting in the delivery of cost-effective solutions
• Experience working in matrix Organization structure
• Exposure to Business Process Re-engineering
• Exposure to core competency development
• Exposure to the capture and transfer of relevant knowledge within a BA practice resourcing environment
• Experience working with outsource vendors
• Proven ability to prioritise and manage a substantial workload
