TJX Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will foster an inclusive, high-energy environment and help drive store performance every day. You will mentor Associates, oversee merchandising, customer service, scheduling, and loss prevention, ensure safety, and deliver memorable experiences for customers while cultivating a culture of coaching and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience.
Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates.
Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes.
Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets and coordinate loss prevention programs.
