MedHealth Dba is seeking a compassionate Job Coach to empower clients on their employment journey. You will coach, connect with employers, and support sustainable outcomes across diverse communities.

The role focuses on tailored activities, client empowerment, and maintaining compliant records while working with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
• Genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers.
• Strong communication skills and confidence with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to stay organized and work in a structured, goal-driven environment.
• A current driver's licence.

Responsabilités

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.
