Job summary

embarc in Batemans Bay is seeking an Employment Mentor to help people with disability explore meaningful, inclusive employment. This full‑time role, Monday to Friday, provides tailored support to secure long‑term opportunities and to build rapport with participants.

You will join a compassionate, customer‑focused team and have access to benefits such as five weeks of annual leave, salary packaging options, and professional development.

As an Employment Mentor, you will bring your compassion and industry knowledge to provide tailored support services to secure long-term employment opportunities for people with disability.

This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, working within our Batemans Bay office.

About You:

• Experience in supporting people with disability, understanding the importance of lived experience and person-centred support.
• Excellent communication skills with attentive listening and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
• Competence using a range of technical platforms/systems.
• Attain or willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Check, NSW Working with Children Check and valid Australian Driver Licence.
