Job summary

LegalVision ILP in Sydney is seeking a Practice Leader for the Employment team with 8+ years PQE. You will lead a high-performing group, delivering pragmatic employment law advice to a diverse client base, while mentoring juniors and shaping practice strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years post-qualification experience in employment law.
• Admitted to practise on unrestricted basis in Australia.
• Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
• Ability to provide pragmatic legal advice and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing juniors in their day to day work and providing coaching.
• Supporting the ongoing growth of the practice.
• Providing written and verbal advice on employment law matters.
• Reviewing contracts, deeds of release, and policies.
• Managing employment litigation matters and briefing counsel.
