A leading employment service organization in Canning Vale, WA is seeking an Employment Consultant. In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities by helping them prepare for, find, and maintain sustainable employment. You will advocate for diversity and inclusion in hiring, providing solutions to overcome barriers. • Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
• MyGovID (Standard level) required.
• Willing to complete a National Police Check.
• Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
• Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Shake Things Up – You will provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, making sure every participant has the tools and support for success

Advocating – You will be an advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments
