Job summary

APM is seeking an Employment Consultant for the Tumut, NSW site within the Workforce Australia Program. You will identify employment opportunities for participants, build confidence, and create pathways to successful placements.

You will engage with employers, advocate for diversity, and develop solutions to overcome barriers. A champion of inclusion, you’ll connect with stakeholders and help participants realise sustainable employment goals.
