About the Role

As an Employment Consultant in the recently announced Inclusive Employment Australia, you’ll work closely with people with disability to connect them to sustainable employment opportunities. You will guide, support, and motivate participants on their journey to employment, while developing strong relationships with employers and support organisations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilising a person‑centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment
  • Developing positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants
  • Enhancing employability through referral to support services and training
  • Providing in‑employment support to sustain employment
  • Marketing participants’ skills to prospective employers
  • Achieving program performance and quality benchmarks
  • Keeping detailed, accurate records and adhering to all compliance requirements
  • Actively participating in the local community to promote services
Candidate Profile
  • Passionate & Motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help participants succeed in employment
  • Relationship Builders who have strong customer service skills and can build positive relationships with participants and employers

Requirements

This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and relevant state‑based screens. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia and hold a valid driver’s licence with reliable transport.
