APM is seeking an Employment Consultant for our Maleny, QLD site within the Workforce Australia Program. You will connect participants with employers who understand their strengths, helping them secure meaningful employment and supporting them through the journey.

You will identify opportunities, boost participant confidence, and craft creative pathways to overcome barriers, while fostering lasting partnerships with diverse organisations. Join a team dedicated to inclusion and impactful outcomes.

Shake Things Up – You will provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, making sure every participant has the tools and support for success

Building lasting connections – You will form partnerships with companies that are passionate about diversity and inclusion, making sure everyone has a chance to shine!
