Job summary

APM is seeking an Employment Consultant for the Innisfail, QLD site to support participants with disability in finding sustainable employment. You’ll connect with employers, provide guidance, and champion inclusive hiring practices.

You’ll help participants build confidence, develop pathways to work, and collaborate with stakeholders across the Inclusive Employment Australia Program. This role offers daily on-site collaboration and meaningful outcomes.

To be considered, you will have

• Eligibility to work in Australia
• A current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
• A MyGovID (Standard level)
• Willing to complete a National Police Check
• Able to pass a Working with Children Check
• Available towork Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
