Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant to join our Employment Services team in Adelaide. You will build and manage relationships with local employers to create meaningful job opportunities and support clients from intake to sustainable placement.

You will work with Job Coaches to align candidate capabilities with employer needs, provide post-placement support, and drive retention outcomes across diverse industries, all while meeting KPI targets in a dynamic, values-driven

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management or advocacy for clients.
• Proven ability to exceed KPIs in a target-driven environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence building relationships with employers across diverse industries.
• Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.

Job Description

We are looking for a results and relationship driven Employer Engagement Consultant to join our Employment Services team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for establishing sustainable employment opportunities for our clients.

You’ll be joining a team that lives our values of Integrity, Compassion, Determination and Thriving Together, guiding how we support clients, our communities and each other.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and manage relationships with local employers to generate job opportunities

• Has strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail
• Holds a current Australian Driver’s Licence
