Employee Relations Advisor
The opportunity
As our Employee Relations Advisor (12-month fixed-term opportunity), you'll play an important role in helping EY's leaders navigate employee relations matters while building a positive, high-performing and inclusive workplace culture. Working as part of our Oceania Employee Relations Centre of Excellence, you'll partner with leaders across the business to provide practical advice, support case management and develop deep expertise in employee relations best practice, employment legislation and workplace risk management. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to specialise in employee relations, gain exposure to complex workplace matters and accelerate their development within a highly collaborative and experienced team. Alongside day-to-day case work, you'll contribute to initiatives that shape the future of employee relations at EY, including legislative change, process improvements and Talent-led projects. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity and can be performed from any of our EY offices across Australia or New Zealand. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.
