A government health department in Victoria is offering nursing students a chance to gain hands-on clinical experience through the AIN Partnership Pathway program. The role requires students to be enrolled in NMBA-approved nursing programs and to provide evidence of academic progress. Casual roles assign students to various wards with a minimum availability of one day per week, while fixed-term roles require a minimum of two days. Welcome to the AIN Partnership Pathway! This program offers nursing and midwifery students the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in clinical settings while progressing toward their qualifications.
Casual: Assigned to work on a variety of wards across RPBG (may change day by day). Must be available a minimum of 1 day per week.
Fixed‑term contract: Assigned to a single ward (must be available a minimum of 2 days per week).
Application will be reviewed by the Talent Acquisition team.
References will be initiated.
Successful applicants will be placed in a candidate pool.
