Job summary

Concentis is recruiting an Emergency Services Officer for a mining operation in North Queensland. You will support emergency response, site safety and worker wellbeing across the operation, helping maintain a safe working environment and readiness to respond to incidents.

The role runs on an 8/6 roster with an initial three-month contract and the potential to transition to permanent employment. Salary is around AUD 150,000+ per year, reflecting the high-responsibility nature of the role and the

Qualifications

You will join a mining operation in North Queensland as an Emergency Services Officer, supporting emergency response, site safety and the wellbeing of personnel across the operation. You will play an important role in maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring the site is prepared to respond effectively to emergencies.

You will work an 8/6 roster, with an initial three-month contract and the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. With a salary package of approximately $150,000+, this is an opportunity to contribute your emergency response skills within a mining environment while exploring a longer-term career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support emergency response activities and site emergency preparedness

About you

• Hold a minimum Certificate III Cert 3 in Emergency rescue response

• Be willing and able to work an 8/6 roster in a mining environment
