Werribee Mercy Hospital is expanding its Emergency Department and recruiting experienced registered nurses who are passionate about ED care. This permanent role offers a rotating roster across AM/PM/night shifts with full-time or part-time options, and supports professional development within a values-based culture of Mercy Health.

You'll bring current AHPRA registration, 12 months ED experience, and strong clinical and communication skills, with postgraduate critical care qualifications highly

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Post graduate Critical Care qualifications – Highly regarded, but not essential
• A minimum of 12 months experience working in an Emergency Department
• Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
• A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.

Responsabilités

• Work in a state-of-the-art emergency department featuring dedicated resuscitation bays and a Short Stay Unit.
• Join as a foundational member of a major service expansion with structured rostering (AM, PM and night duty).
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred emergency care in a fast-paced environment.
