Job summary

St John of God Geelong Hospital – Geelong VIC is seeking Advanced Trainee Registrars in Emergency Medicine to join our welcoming Emergency Department on a fixed-term basis. These positions are ideally suited to ACEM trainees at T2 or T3 level, offering supervision, exposure, and a supportive training environment.

With no night shifts and a flexible roster, we offer both full-time and negotiable part-time arrangements, plus a family-friendly workplace.

Qualifications

• ACEM trainee enrolled with ACEM and eligible for registration as a medical practitioner with AHPRA.
• Clinical and procedural experience in an ED setting equivalent to Registrar responsibilities.
• Demonstrated communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine care under direct consultant supervision.
• Gain exposure to a broad range of emergency presentations and procedures.
• Contribute to a supportive, teaching-oriented ED environment.
