Job summary

STAT Recruitment is assisting Bathurst hospital in recruiting for a Night in Charge role in Emergency Medicine – General. The position runs 2230–0830 with a daily rate of $3,000, located in Bathurst on the banks of the Macquarie River.

Travel and accommodation are provided, with payroll processing managed on-site. Applicants must hold an ALS Certificate and NSW WWCC, and complete mandatory NSW Health training including Speaking up for Safety prior to starting work.

Job description

On the banks of the Macquarie River in the Central Tablelands of NSW, the vibrant regional centre of Bathurst is rich with history and gold rush heritage. With Mount Panorama-Whaluu rising in the distance, its also the home of Australian motor racing and a hotspot for motorsport enthusiasts.

This hospital consists of an emergency department and inpatient beds, as well as community health services. Also located on site is Daffodil Cottage, which provides cancer care services.
