MSS Security is looking for an experienced emergency services professional to join the site emergency response team in Sydney. You will provide first response to incidents, lead drills, and coordinate medical support on site with a focus on safety and rapid decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in emergency services or related field.
• Emergency management, fire services, defence or similar background.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols and procedures.
• Strong medical knowledge related to emergency response.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite emergency medical response and pre-hospital care.
• Respond to emergencies and incident responses onsite.
• Conduct routine drug and alcohol screenings.
• Maintain and test emergency response equipment and systems.
• Participate in training drills and competency verifications.
• Support site-wide compliance in emergency preparedness.
