Job summary

Labourforce is seeking two experienced High Reach Forklift Operators / Pickers to join our client's team in Dandenong South, VIC. These roles require handling High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts, picking stock in freezer and chiller, and using RF scanners.

Shifts run Monday to Friday with options: 11am-7pm or 2pm-10pm. Successful candidates will hold a valid LF license with at least 2 years of high-reach experience, be physically fit, reliable, and committed to safety.

Qualifications

• Valid LF License with a minimum of 2 years’ High Reach experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach and Counterbalance Forklifts (and EPJs when needed).
• Pick stock in freezer and chiller.
• Use RF scanner for inventory updates.
• Maintain stock and assist with replenishment.
• Keep workspace clean and safe per procedures.

Our client is a global leader in cold storage supply chain, supplying chilled and frozen products across Australia. Due to recent growth, they are now seeking two experienced High Reach Forklift Operators / Pickers to join their team in Dandenong South.

About the Role

• Monday to Friday – choose between:
• 11am to 7pm
• 2pm to 10pm

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Operating High Reach and Counterbalance Forklifts and at times EPJ's
• Picking stock in freezer and chiller
• Using RF scanner
• Stock maintenance and replenishment
• General warehouse housekeeping
