Job summary

IUSCA is seeking a Level 6-based practitioner to plan and deliver the SANFLW high-performance programme for West Adelaide, covering running, conditioning and strength for pre-season, training, and match days.

You will monitor GPS workload and wellness, lead warm-ups and recovery, and collaborate with medical staff. The role supports volunteers and placements and aligns women’s prep with club pathways.

Qualifications

• A completed or near-completed relevant tertiary degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver SANFLW high-performance programme across pre-season, training and matches.
• Develop running, conditioning and strength programmes with focus on lower-limb robustness.
• Attend training and matches, lead warm-ups and recovery, collaborate with physiotherapists and doctors.
• Monitor GPS, workload and athlete wellness; provide practical reports to coaches and staff.
• Support volunteers and student placements; align women’s prep with club pathways.
