Qualificações

• Qualified Mechanical Technicians (apprentices with experience and light vehicle also welcome).
• Have experience in a similar role or transferable skills from a related industry.
• The capability to contribute to a positive team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Customer service focus, with a "Make It Happen" attitude.
• A focus on communication, performance, safety and culture.
• A HR drivers licence (or willingness to obtain).

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose faults and identify effective repair solutions.
• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and minor to major repairs in line with manufacturer and company standards.
• Complete all work efficiently and to a high standard, ensuring vehicles are returned to service promptly.
• Accurately document repairs, maintenance activities, and parts usage in workshop management systems.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to maximise vehicle reliability and performance.
• Adhere to all workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Collaborate with the wider workshop team to deliver exceptional service and minimise vehicle downtime.
• Access to high quality equipment and tools to service and repair market leading trucks.
• Working within a passionate and dedicated team with fantastic heavy vehicle brands.
