Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaner to maintain high cleaning standards on contract sites. You will use cleaning equipment properly and help foster positive relations with clients, addressing queries and complaints promptly.

The role requires manual cleaning experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a team or independently. This position is based on site and involves various duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Previous Cleaning Experience - must be able to do manual cleaning.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good English language skills, reading and spoken
• Ability to work as a part of a team as well as on own initiative

Responsibilities

• Ensuring high standard of cleaning as directed by management.
• Use and care of cleaning equipment.
• Encourage good relations with all clients on contract site.
• Promptly deal with any queries or complaints.
• To perform any other reasonable duties that may be allocated by the management.
