MAX, part of Tabcorp, is seeking a motivated technical services professional to service wagering and gaming equipment in Launceston. You will perform installation, maintenance, and proactive checks to ensure venues run smoothly and reliably, delivering high levels of customer service.

Training is provided to build the required skills, with emphasis on electronics passion, problem-solving, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Interest in electronics and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience servicing electronic equipment preferred but training provided.
• Ability to communicate clearly with venue staff.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment across venues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks to reduce downtime.
• Prioritise and manage work schedules to deliver outcomes.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build strong relationships with venue staff through reliable service.
