Orbital UAV is seeking an Electronics Engineer to design and develop electronic systems for drone powerplants in a manufacturing setting. You will test, troubleshoot and integrate electronic components into production, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering robust documentation.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, cross-functional collaboration, and strong problem-solving skills, with a 9-day fortnight and permanent, full-time work in Balcatta, WA.

Formación

• Requires degree in electronics engineering or related field.
• Hands-on design and testing of electronic systems in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CAN Bus, I2C, SPI and other comms protocols.
• Proficiency with electronic design tools such as Altium, Fusion360 or Eagle.
• Experience with SPICE, MATLAB, Git or SV.
• Excellent communication for collaboration and documentation.
