Job summary

Electrical Contracting Queensland (ECQ) is hiring electricians for commercial and high-end residential builds in Brisbane. You will join a skilled, ambitious team delivering quality installations on a range of projects.

We offer a full-time role earning from $55-65/hr plus super and overtime, plus a $3000 sign-on bonus after probation, with opportunities to move into leadership roles and access to professional development.

Qualifications

• Electrical license, current driver's licence, white card, and own tools (additional licences will be highly regarded).
• Minimum 4 years post-trade experience (commercial or high-end residential builds is highly regarded).
• Professionalism: a strong commitment to high standards of workmanship and client service.
• Leadership & Initiative: able to work independently, manage your own projects, and mentor apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality installations in line with ECQ & national standards.
• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications.
• Managing your time and tasks to keep projects on schedule.
• Working closely with project managers, clients, and other trades.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Representing the business professionally on-site.

About the Role

High Rise Multi Res Apartments

High end residential new builds($2.5 to $15 mill+ builds)

Fuel Stations

Large Industrial Fan Installations

You will be required to work in a team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for:

Delivering high-quality installations in line with ECQ & national standards
