Your Role – Service Responsibilities

• Electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs

  Conduct electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in strict adherence to Australian standards and regulations.

  Diagnose and rectify faults promptly and effectively, ensuring safety and reliability through meticulous attention to detail.

• Routine inspections and fault diagnosis

  Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and proactively address them.

  Use industry‑standard troubleshooting techniques to diagnose faults and implement appropriate solutions to restore optimal functionality and prevent future problems.

• Assist with new construction, refurbishment, and upgrade projects

  Collaborate with project teams to install electrical systems for new construction, refurbishment, and upgrade projects.

  Contribute to planning and execution to meet project timelines and quality standards, ensuring seamless integration with other project components.

• Excellent customer service and job management

  Provide exceptional customer service, establish positive relationships, and understand clients' specific needs and preferences.

  Manage job flow, coordinate schedules, and communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

  Oversee ordering, procurement, and inventory management to ensure timely availability of required resources.

  Utilize the GBE Group Aroflo Job Management System to streamline workflow processes, track job progress, and enhance overall efficiency.

Your Role – Projects Responsibilities

• Collaborate on installation of electrical systems

  Assist in installation for new construction, refurbishments, and upgrade projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.

  Work alongside a team of professionals to achieve timely and accurate installations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service

  Interact professionally with clients, address inquiries and concerns promptly, and maintain a customer‑centric approach.

• Coordinate with project managers and clients

  Collaborate closely with project managers for seamless execution of installations.

  Communicate regularly with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences, offering expert advice and recommendations.

  Thoroughly document project details, including test results, measurements, and other relevant data, and prepare accurate sketches to aid future reference.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation

  Maintain all project documentation complete, organized, and easily accessible for future use.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a licensed electrician, preferably in a similar setting.
• In‑depth knowledge of electrical systems, drawing interpretation, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
