Job summary

Our Client is an Australian company delivering smart home solutions across Sydney. An A Grade Electrician is needed to service residential clients, install and troubleshoot smart home systems, and handle warranty concerns with quotes and support.

You’ll work with customers, meet on-site hours Monday to Friday, and travel across Sydney. A vehicle and training are provided to develop skills in design and automation.

Qualifications

• A Grade Electrical Licence is required.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems.
• Strong customer service skills to resolve issues professionally and provide solutions.
• Experience in quoting, warranty servicing and technical support within electrical or automation settings.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems, including smart home devices.
• Resolve warranty concerns and provide quotes to customers.
• Provide technical support and guidance related to electrical or automation systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and help customers with issues and solutions.

We have an exciting opportunity for an A grade Electrician to service their residential clients all over Sydney.

This is not your ordinary electrician’s role !!

With a focus on customer service, you'll be instrumental in installing, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for smart home systems.You’ll work closely with customers and help them with warranty concerns, provide quotes, and deliver outstanding service.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

Resolve warranty concerns, provide quotes, and deliver exceptional customer service

To be considered for this role you will have the following.

A Grade Electrical Licence

Experience in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to professionally resolve issues and provide solutions

Experience in quoting, warranty servicing, and technical support within electrical or automation settings

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Normal hours Monday-Friday. No weekend work, No call outs

We would also consider 3rd or 4th year Apprentices who are looking to finishing their Trade and form a career with an outstanding company.

Our client has an extensive onboarding process, you will be exposed to all parts of the business during your training period.

Including

Spending time within their manufacturing departments

Working in their design department, using their Design software to construct layouts for homes

Spending time on the road with the warranty team, fault-finding and solving problems for their customers

You will start and finish from home and be supplied with a vehicle which includes all tools of the trade.
