Job summary

FVS Air-Conditioning and Electrical Pty Ltd in Mount Isa, QLD, is seeking an Electrician who enjoys mentoring apprentices and delivering high-quality electrical installations on commercial and industrial projects.

You’ll combine hands-on electrical work with guidance of trainees, lead by example in safety, and help build a respectful site culture while communicating openly with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Electrical Licence required.
• Commercial and/or industrial electrical experience preferred.
• Calm, patient approach to teaching apprentices.
• Strong safety standards and workmanship pride.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to mentor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality electrical installations, maintenance and fault finding.
• Work alongside apprentices, supporting their technical growth and confidence.
• Lead by example in safety, professionalism and workmanship.
