Job summary

Keadeen Electrical in Cairns, QLD, is seeking an experienced Electrician to join a team that genuinely cares. You will install and maintain electrical, air-con, and solar systems while keeping safety front and center and educating customers to DIY risks.

Qualified & licensed electrician with 5+ years' experience is preferred; Australian/NZ licence and open driving licence are required. Relocation support, sign-on bonus, take-home ute, and a strong culture await.

Qualifications

• Qualified & licensed electrician with Australian or NZ licence.
• 5+ years of field experience preferred; attitude matters.
• Open driving licence and Australian work rights required.
• Experience in air-con and solar is a bonus and teachable.

Responsibilities

• Electrical work that matters: installing and maintaining electrical, air-con, and solar systems.
• Identify and fix issues early to keep clients and homes safe.
• Educate customers with clear guidance on safe usage.
• Follow safety rules and OH&S policies at all times.

What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Loving Your Job)

• Electrical Work That Actually Matters – Installing & maintaining electrical, air-con, & solar systems.

• Educate Customers – Expert Guidance - Gently explaining why they shouldn’t DIY their wiring.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified & Licensed Electrician (5+ years preferred, but attitude matters more).
• Air-Con & Solar Experience – A bonus, but we’ll teach you if you’re keen.
• A Driver’s License – Because a take-home van is pointless if you can’t drive it.
• Common Sense & A Good Attitude – No grumps, no cowboys—just solid tradies who care.
