Job summary

Ash Electrical Whitsundays in Airlie Beach is seeking an experienced electrician to join our tight-knit team. You’ll work across residential and commercial projects, wiring, lighting, switchboards, and general electrical works.

We offer a Monday to Friday schedule, a supportive team, and a lifestyle in the Whitsundays with fishing, diving and island life right on your doorstep.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years post-trade experience.
• Current QLD Electrical Licence.
• Valid driver's licence.
• White Card.
• Current CPR & LVR certificates.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Ability to fault find and undertake service work.
• Reliable, well-presented, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems.
• Wiring, lighting, switchboards, control systems and general electrical works.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting as required.
• Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards and relevant regulations.
• Working alongside other electricians and contractors to deliver jobs on time.
• Maintaining a safe work site and following all WHS requirements.
• Communicating professionally with clients and delivering great customer service.
