Precision Industrial Electrical Pty Ltd - Toowoomba QLD

Electrician (Tradesman) - 2 Positions Available

We're not looking for someone who's just chasing another job. We're looking for electricians who take pride in their work, want to keep learning, and want to become the best tradesman they can be.

You don't need to know everything. You just need a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to have a crack.

We'll support your growth and give you opportunities that many electricians never get exposed to. What we can't teach is work ethic, taking pride in what you do, and turning up every day ready to get the job done.

This isn't a job where you'll be stuck doing the same thing every day. We work on a wide range of industrial projects, and if you're willing to learn and put in the effort, we'll invest our time in helping you continue to develop your skills.

What you'll be doing

You'll be working on exciting industrial projects across Australia, including:

• Industrial installations and maintenance

• Switchboards and motor control

• PLCs and automation

• Variable Speed Drives (VSDs)

• Fault finding and breakdowns

• Testing and commissioning

No two days are the same, and you'll be working alongside a team that genuinely enjoys what they do and backs each other every step of the way.

What you'll get

• $40-$60 per hour (depending on experience)

• Fully maintained work ute

• Challenging work that keeps things interesting

• Exposure to projects many electricians never get the chance to work on

• Opportunities to travel for projects

• Ongoing training and development

• A team that expects a lot from each other but supports one another every step of the way

What we're looking for

We're after someone who:

• Turns up on time

• Takes pride in their work and presentation

• Has a strong work ethic

• Enjoys fault finding and problem solving

• Gets along well with others

• Takes ownership and has a crack

• Wants to continue learning and improving

You don't have to know everything. You just need the right attitude, be willing to learn, work hard, and take pride in what you do. If you can do that, we'll back you all the way.

If you're looking for more than just another electrical job and want to be part of a growing industrial company where your work actually matters, we'd love to hear from you.
