Licensed Electricians Wanted, Company Vehicle + Great Team

NESC Electrical is a well established, locally trusted business that has serviced Sydney for over 10 years. Our office is based in the Sutherland Shire, though our work often takes us across greater Sydney. We have a small, close knit team looking to expand, and we take pride in completing quality works and installs. We are now looking for licensed electricians to grow with us.

About the Role

• Residential and light commercial work
• High end work, including bathroom and kitchen renovations, new builds, maintenance and more
• Work across greater Sydney

What You’ll Be Doing

• Electrical installations & maintenance — Perform a wide range of electrical installations, repairs and maintenance tasks
• Troubleshooting & repairs — diagnose issues and implement effective, long‑lasting solutions
• Reading plans & diagrams — interpret technical drawings to deliver accurate project outcomes
• Client communication — understand customer needs and provide tailored service
• Safety compliance — follow all regulations and maintain a safe work environment
• Documentation — keep clear, detailed records of work completed
• Mentoring juniors — support the development of apprentices and junior electricians

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Electricians with a current Australian driver's licence
• Experience across residential environments is a must
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through complex issues
• Excellent communication and customer service approach
• Ability to interpret plans and follow technical documentation
• Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
• Reliable and self-motivated — able to work independently and as part of a team
