Job summary

Downer Group in Oakey, Queensland, is seeking a dedicated Electrician for a permanent, full-time role at Swartz Barracks. You will perform reactive maintenance on electrical infrastructure, manage workloads, and foster strong team and client relationships to support Defence-related assets.

The position requires a valid Drivers Licence, construction White Card, First Aid/CPR, and a commitment to safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers licence required and must be able to travel between sites as needed.
• Desirable: Working at Heights and Confined Space training.
• First Aid & CPR certification is required or highly desirable.
• Construction White Card and strong teamwork abilities are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail are important.
