Glad Group is seeking a licensed electrician to join our team across Newcastle, Central Coast and Hornsby. You will handle electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on retail and commercial projects, with travel between sites and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Current NSW electrical licence and right to work in Australia.
• Experience in commercial/retail and/or maintenance electrical work.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Electrical installations, repairs and maintenance on retail and commercial projects.
• Small to medium project work and site fault finding.
• Reading and interpreting electrical plans and drawings.
• Travel between Newcastle, the Central Coast and Hornsby as required.
• Liaising with clients, builders, site managers and other trades.
• Completing job reports and documentation to a high standard.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and compliant work environment.
• Delivering quality workmanship on time and within scope.

We are looking for a licensed electrician to join our team, working across a variety of retail and commercial projects from Newcastle through the Central Coast to Hornsby.

The role includes small to medium electrical projects, installations, repairs, fault finding and maintenance works. You will have the opportunity to work independently as well as alongside a supportive team.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced electrician who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates well with clients and other trades, and is committed to delivering quality work safely and efficiently.

The Role

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Electrical installations, repairs and maintenance
• Retail and commercial electrical works
• Small to medium project work
• Preventative and reactive maintenance
• Fault finding, testing and troubleshooting
• Reading and interpreting electrical plans
• Working independently or as part of a team
• Liaising with clients, builders, site managers and other trades
• Completing jobs efficiently and to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Completing job reports, timesheets and other documentation as required
• Travelling to various sites between Newcastle, the Central Coast and Hornsby
