Next Generation Electrix in Gympie region is seeking a fully qualified Electrician to deliver high-quality electrical services to industrial and commercial clients. A 14 day on / 14 day off FIFO roster may be required, with a fully maintained vehicle provided.

You will perform installation, maintenance and repair work, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and codes compliance while delivering excellent customer service on diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Electrician with a valid electrical licence.
• Experience in industrial/commercial sectors preferred.
• Experience with PLC and HV switching is advantageous.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

As a full-time Electrician at Next Generation Electrix, you will be a key member of our team, delivering high-quality electrical services to both industrial and commercial clients across the local area. FIFO work may be required on a 14 day on / 14 day off Roster.

Key responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment at a range of sites
• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues at a wide range of diversified projects and maintenance jobs
• Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and schematics
• Ensuring all work complies with relevant electrical codes and safety standards
• Providing excellent customer service and managing client expectations
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Collaborating with the wider team to complete projects efficiently

About you

• Fully qualified Electrician with a valid electrical licence
• Proven experience as an Electrician, ideally within the industrial and commercial sectors
• PLC and/or previous industrial electrical experience including HV Switching a definite advantage
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
