Programmed Facility Management is seeking a Qualified Electrician to join the Housing NSW Operations Team on a full-time basis. The role covers reactive, preventative and general electrical maintenance across government housing properties, with work centred in Dubbo and regional travel.
Your first week will be at our Parramatta office for inductions and training, with accommodation and expenses covered. You019ll work with experienced Programmed tradespeople to ensure you are set up for success.

Programmed's Facility Management department is seeking a Qualified Electrician to join our Housing NSW Operations Team on a full-time basis. This role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team delivering reactive, preventative, and general electrical maintenance across government housing properties.
Your first week will be spent at our Parramatta office completing inductions and training. Accommodation and expenses will be covered, and you'll work alongside experienced Programmed tradespeople to ensure you're set up for success.
While you will bring your electrical trade expertise to the role, much of your day-to-day work will involve hands-on maintenance tasks. This includes preventative and reactive electrical work, switchboard servicing, thermographic imaging, and ensuring electrical safety and compliance across properties.
