Melbourne Wide Electrical is looking for an experienced A-Grade Electrician to join our team in Melbourne. The role covers residential, commercial and industrial projects, with a focus on safe, efficient, and professional service.

You will work on installations, repairs and fault finding, ensuring compliance with Australian standards and delivering a high-quality customer experience. We offer a strong bonus structure, a $1,500 sign-on bonus and the option of a four-day work week.

Qualifications

• Current Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence is required.
• White Card and relevant tickets or certifications.

A-Grade Electrician – $50–$60 per Hour + Bonuses and Incentives

Melbourne Wide Electrical & Plumbing is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated A-Grade Electrician to join our professional team on a full-time basis.

About the role

You will work across a variety of residential, commercial and industrial electrical projects, completing installations, repairs, maintenance and fault-finding work safely, efficiently and professionally.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing electrical installations, repairs, maintenance and fault finding
• Diagnosing issues and providing safe, practical and high-quality solutions
• Working with customers to identify the right solution for their property
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Communicating professionally with customers and team members
• Completing accurate job records, testing documentation and compliance paperwork
• Ensuring all work complies with relevant regulations, safety requirements and Australian Standards
• Maintaining clean, safe and professional work areas
• Using field technology and upfront pricing to deliver a consistent customer experience
• Representing Melbourne Wide Electrical & Plumbing professionally at all times

About you

To be successful, you will have:

• A current Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence
• Demonstrated experience as a qualified electrician
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety requirements and compliance
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently
• A current Victorian driver’s licence; manual licence preferred
• White Card and relevant tickets or certifications
• The right to work in Australia
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a high-performing team

A satisfactory police check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements for appointment.
