Job summary

SIMPEC in Perth is seeking experienced Trades Assistants and Electrical Trade Assistants to support the Alkimos Desalination Plant Project on a Monday to Friday roster with some weekend work during critical phases. A minimum of 2 years' experience in construction/mining, High Risk WP, Working at Heights, and Construction Card are required.

Australian work rights, a valid driver’s licence, and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the construction and/or mining industry.
• Must be able to pass full pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
• Australian Work Rights and valid Driver’s Licence are required.

Responsibilities

• Join the Alkimos Desalination Plant Project team on site in Perth.
• Contribute to safe, efficient delivery of project activities during a 12+ month roster.
