Job summary

SIMPEC is seeking an experienced Electrical Trade Assistants for an asap start on a Pinjarra based construction project. Suit candidates based in the Peel Region, Western Australia.

Scope of work includes electrical systems installation and instrumentation controls, with full commissioning to ensure operational readiness. Roster is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday work on a 12+ month project in Pinjarra, WA.

Qualifications

• Essential safety and prerequisite tickets listed in job posting.
• Demonstrated ability to work on a construction site with safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical systems installation and instrumentation controls.
• Support mechanical, piping, and civil works as part of the upgrade project.
• Support commissioning activities to ensure operational readiness.

SIMPEC will provide services for an industrial upgrade, delivering an extensive range of engineering disciplines and construction services including:

• Structural engineering and fabrication
• Mechanical systems installation
• Comprehensive piping networks
• Electrical systems and instrumentation controls
• Civil construction works for foundations and infrastructure
• Full commissioning services to ensure operational readiness

Roster: Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday work

Length of Project: 12+ months

Location: Pinjarra, WA

Essential Qualifications/Tickets:

• Construction Card
• High Risk Work Licence - WP
• Working @ Heights Certificate within 2 years
• Australian Working Rights
• Must be able to pass a full pre-employment medical
• Must be available to work Saturdays
