Job summary

PARC Engineering is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for local mining construction projects on a 2.1 roster - FIFO Gold morning with immediate start. The role involves overseeing electrical construction and commissioning activities in a dynamic site environment.

Key responsibilities include supervising contractors, coordinating with engineering and operations, ensuring compliance with systems and safety standards, and supporting QA/QC, permits, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large scale mining construction projects.
• National Police Clearance valid for 1 year.
• S26 Statutory Supervisor certificate is highly desirable.
• Construction Induction Card is required.
• WA Grade A Electrical Licence is required.
• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate is required.
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Current LVR/CPR & First Aid.
• Full Australian Working Rights.

Responsibilities

• Supervising construction and commissioning contractors, coordinating with Engineering, Construction, Operations and Maintenance teams
• Ensuring all construction and commissioning activities comply with relevant systems, processes and statutory requirements
• Ensuring all personnel are adequately trained and accountable for their work
• Generating work packages, assigning tasks and supervising resources
• Reviewing work execution with team members, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions to improve performance
• Providing support to contractors in managing permits, approvals, QA/QC, safety and quality documentation, completions, commissioning and reporting
• Reporting directly to the Electrical Superintendent
• Participating in weekly pre-planning, planning and scheduling meetings to ensure alignment with the work schedules
• Working closely alongside the HSE team to reinforce safety standards & ensure KPI’s and compliance is met as required
