Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Electrical Safety Compliance & Technical Assurance Lead to strengthen its electrical safety, compliance and technical assurance capabilities across data centre projects in Australia and New Zealand.

You will oversee the full project lifecycle, manage risk, perform audits, inspections and contractor oversight, and provide expert guidance on licensing, regulations and standards to ensure compliant delivery of electrical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted electrician licence.
• Technical Supervisor eligibility/experience.
• 10+ years field experience.
• Strong knowledge of AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 4836 and state legislation.
• Experience conducting compliance audits and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert oversight across the full project lifecycle for electrical safety, compliance and technical assurance on data centre projects.
• Lead compliance assurance activities including technical reviews, audits, inspections and contractor oversight.
• Translate electrical regulations, standards and requirements into practical project delivery solutions.
• Develop and deliver training and competency programs on electrical safety and regulatory obligations.
