Job summary

WaterNSW is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer Trade - Electrical (Full-time) to join our team at Burrendong Dam and across the Burrendong cluster. You'll work on a diverse mix of legacy and modern electrical systems supporting critical water infrastructure, across Windermere Dam and the Warren Structure, ensuring safe, reliable operations and timely maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification is essential.
• Experience with maintenance and operations of water infrastructure preferred.
• Ability to lead small work groups or cover for other team roles.
• Current NSW Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance and service of water infrastructure and river systems.
• Deliver accurate quantity and quality of water to customers by monitoring water supply assets.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks and minor works.
• Capture data for the maintenance management system and related service systems.
• Undertake dam surveillance, water quality sampling, on-site water delivery operations.
• Meet emergency policies and participate in related activities.
