Job summary

Verbrec is expanding its Brisbane team and seeking Electrical and Instrumentation Engineers with 3+ years of experience to contribute from concept through detailed design to installation and commissioning for oil & gas, mining and infrastructure projects.

You will work on design and documentation, ensure standards compliance, and be willing to work onsite to support clients, with a focus on safety and collaborative project execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering experience.
• Clear understanding of AS/NZS 3000:2018 and requirements.
• Interpret and apply relevant standards and specifications in the design process.
• Design exposure to LV and HV system design and cable sizing, PLC and Remote IO panel wiring, protection systems, substations, instrumentation, motor controls and switchboards.

• Work from initial concept through coordination of detailed design, to installation and commissioning.
