Job summary

ACCIONA Australia & New Zealand invites graduates to join its Global Graduate Program, combining real project experience with structured learning and international collaboration.

You will participate in 3 rotations across functions, engage with 200+ graduates from 10+ countries, and receive training with Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid, aiming to build your career in regenerative infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in related field.
• Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
• Full completion of undergraduate level study within the last 3 years (2024 - 2026).
• Mobility, flexibility and the desire to work on construction projects locally, regionally and interstate.

Eligibility for the ACCIONA Graduate Program:

• Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in related field
• Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand
• Full completion of undergraduate level study within the last 3 years (2024 - 2026)

ACCIONA recruitment process:

• September: Submit your application. Applications close Wednesday 20th September 2026.
• October to November: Shortlisted candidates complete a 10 minute One Way Video providing insight into your unique personality!
• October to November: If successful you will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview with a HR representative and a senior leader
• November to December: Formal offer to join ACCIONA's graduate program
• Wednesday 27th January 2027: Program commencement. Early entry opportunities may also be available.
