You will lead capital projects, manage maintenance plans, review plant information systems, and uphold HS&E standards while driving continuous improvement. The role blends hands-on project work with analytical engineering and offers growth within a safety-focused, diverse team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or related engineering field.
• Experience delivering and managing maintenance in heavy industry.
• Qualifications with HV/LV, Instrumentation, PLC and SCADA systems.
• Proven success in project management and risk mitigation.
• Strong communication and collaborative interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop business justification for capital projects.
• Manage capital projects to schedule and budget.
• Support electrical maintenance and reliability strategies.
• Lead improvement projects for cost effectiveness and risk control.
• Promote continuous improvement in maintenance and technology.
• Ensure HS&E policies and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with plant teams to meet customer requirements.
