Job summary

Connexus in the Sutherland Shire is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer (Building Services) to design electrical systems for healthcare, education and commercial projects.

You'll be involved from concept through installation, witnessing commissioning, and handover, with mentoring from a Chartered Director and a clear path to Senior.

The role emphasises ASP3 knowledge, hands-on project management and design management, with a balanced 8:30am–5pm schedule and no overtime expectation.

Qualifications

• Three years of building services electrical design experience.
• Experience with ASP3 is preferred.
• Australian permanent resident or citizen.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical building services for healthcare, education and commercial projects.
• See designs through from cradle to handover, including installation and commissioning.
• Attend site visits to verify installations and performance.
• Work under the director and contribute to design management and project management.
