Job summary
ABM UK is seeking an electrically biased trades person on site for LCY3 to perform planned preventative maintenance and repairs of electrical and building services equipment, plus building fabric. The role is client-facing and requires a proactive, communicative approach with IT proficiency.
Shift is Monday to Friday with a salary of £45,000. Based in London, EC1R 3DA, benefits include healthcare and cycle-to-work schemes.
Qualifications
- City & Guilds/NVQ Building Services Engineering or Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent.
- Knowledge of electrical building services engineering and compliance standards.
- Good communication and customer-facing skills.
- Smart appearance and professional presentation.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the Contract Manager.
- Fault finding, testing, repair and preventative maintenance of electrical building services equipment.
- Carry out small electrical installation work and fabric maintenance tasks.
- Update completed PPM tasks on the site CMMS and maintain site records.
- Ensure QA, health, safety and site procedures are followed at all times.
- Support with searches of the premises as needed and contribute to contract success.
